Here is a wonderful example of a VW T2.5 ( t3 ) Caravelle GL syncro , the absolute top of the range. It has a very strong 2.1 ltr boxer petrol engine , four wheel drive , great for off road or the beach , lovely big alloy wheels and wide tyres . the body work and engine are all in great condition. There is a sink , a nice 2 hob and grill cooker with gas bottle , 2 captains chairs ,  rear seating with table , with plenty of cupboard storage . the seat folds out into an ample double bed , and above head there is a pull out section , easily enough for 2 for the night ... ( 4 in total ). you can see from the picture it is a wonderful example , with the square front lights and general excellent condition , with the best engine and 4 wheel drive . there is lots of storage , including a huge space over the drivers area , a space under the back double seat , and all the cupboards. Volkswagen Type 25 Transporter Double Cab Pickup SYNCRO

Volkswagen T25 Syncro Doka. Rare right hand drive diesel doublecab with front and rear difflocks.

Spec:

• Front diff lock (working)

• Rear diff lock (working)

• 1.6 turbo diesel (Ivor Searle re-con unit, unsure of mileage)

• New turbo just fitted

• Non bulkhead model

• Westfalia towbar

• Rear seat

• New front and rear shocks and springs

As can be seen from the photographs the body is cosmetically rough, though surprisingly the car is remarkably rot free, even the cargo doors though dented are not rotten. The drop sides again have seen some use but are not rotten. The underside is in very good condition with one small repair to the nearside inner sill. The cargo floor does have rust but has been well protected by an aluminium chequer plate panel, we removed some off the chequer plate from the drop sides to show the condition underneath.

The car has been well looked after mechanically and drives very well, much better than many with shiny paint work I have driven,  all the transmission is working as it should including the diff locks.

I recommend an early viewing as I don't think this one will be around for long

Volkswagen T4 Transporter 2.5 TDI SWB Weekend Camper

This is our workshop managers T4 which he has owned for 2 years and it has been A1.

All servicing has been carried out regularly - bills to prove it. Including cam belt, clutch, engine mount, bottom pulley, servo pump rod and rear discs. All of which are common wear items on T4's.

Rear of van has back seat with two 3 point seat belts and one lap belt. Seat converts to full width rock and roll bed. Lot's of storage underneath for weekends away. Also sunroof in rear of van for better ventilation.

Apart from the interior the van is completely standard and 100% reliable.

Only selling due to a moment of madness as have purchased a T25 syncro motor home!!?
